My Technician has informed me that I can pay online, how can I do so?

Anyone can pay online with a Paypal account or with a Credit/Debit card. First visit our website www.daedalusteks.com. Once the page loads, login with your Username and Password, this will allow you to access your orders. Once the page has refreshed after logging in, select "My Orders" under the "Carts" Menu item as shown in the first image on the right. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you've accessed the "My Orders" page a with a list all of your orders past and present will be displayed. Any orders that have been newly generated will show a status of; Created, Completed/Due. On the left of the invoice in question there will be a drop down selection box. Click on the drop down menu shown in the image to the left labeled (1.)  and select the method of payment. The following methods are available:

  1. Cash (Presented to the Technician upon receipt)
  2. Check (Presented to Technician upon receipt) (No longer available as of 9/25/2015)
  3. Paypal (Online payment option with; Credit, Debit or Paypal Account)
  4. Square Payment (Payment presented to technician via; credit or debit card)

To pay online, select the "Paypal" payment option and click on the "Pay Now" Button shown in the image to the left labeled (2.). Once "Pay Now" is clicked the page will direct you to our "Paypal" payment gateway, in some instances this might take a couple seconds which will show the page displayed below. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once the payment gateway has transferred you to the Paypal website, you will see the Daedalus Teks invoice in question on the left hand side. This will also display an itemized list of services that are being paid for. While on this page you will have the option to pay directly from a Paypal account (If one has already been created) as shown in option A in the image on the right or payment can be made with a Credit/Debit card by selecting the option B also as shown on the image to the right. If you select option B, Paypal will display options to settle the order in question. That's how simple it is to pay online! If you have any questions feel free to contact your assigned technician.

What hardware items do we carry?

Well Daedalus Teks at the current moment does not carry any items in stock. One of the reasons we are able to provide such low service prices is because we do not have a location. This allows us to minimize over head, so what do we do when we need components? We have a numerous amount of vendors, affiliates and distributors that allow us the privilege of providing the newest components for the best prices (even high end components). Not only that but in most cases we are even given an additional discount which benefits our clients because they pay less as well. Another one of the reasons we don't carry components in stock is because computer components are always changing. With most retail locations when they can't sell a product they either; Hold the item until they can sell it and don't order new stock, attempt to sell the item at it's original retail price in order not to lose money and sell new systems with older components at ridiculous prices. This is also why most retail places don't have the newest components at their available time and take a even longer time to get them in stock. 

Are there any additional benefits to this?

Well when you custom build a system with us we can provide, a longer warranty on certain items such as; 3 year manufacture warranties on certain motherboards, 5 year manufacture warranty on certain hard drives, 3 year manufacture warranties on processors and can also provide square trade warranty services with our items if requested.  

What about components that older?

When it comes to older components, in most instances we can still provide the item. Our vendors range from; local vendors, national vendors and international vendors. This gives us a higher success rate for finding components that meet each specification of the client.

So in short we don't carry components in stock but we can locate and provide any component needed. Just give us a call we can provide everything from; Hard drives, solid states, network cards, routers, modems, video cards, motherboards, processors, optical drives, laptop parts, laptop screens, laptop jacks and so much more!
